Medical Core + Ambulance Job + Equipment + MDT (QBox)
Full medical roleplay with the terminal that records and dispatches it. This suite pairs the complete EMS stack with the MDT, so injuries, treatment and hospital care don't just happen — they're logged and dispatched. erp_medical turns damage into real injuries, bleeding and a clean death flow; erp_ambulancejob is the EMS job and UI built on top of it; erp_medical_equipment adds the gear (crutches, wheelchair, pills, CPR, defib); and erp_mdt is the terminal where medical reports, EMS dispatch and patient records all live.
Built natively for QBox (qbx_core) on ox_lib, ox_inventory and ox_target — no framework bridges.
Buy the suite at a bundle saving, or pick up the smaller Medical Suite (EMS only), or any single resource, on its own — everything is sold separately too.

Better together
erp_medical — injury & death core (the engine)
Turns raw GTA damage into a per-bodypart injury simulation across 15 body parts, driven by the bone hit, the weapon class and the damage dealt, with wounds that escalate over four severity levels. Staged bleeding (four stages) with fade-outs, black-outs, forensic blood drops and movement penalties; limb and status effects (limping, ragdoll-falls, disabled aim/fire, head trauma); a clean Alive → Last Stand → Dead state machine with a last-stand revive window and hold-to-respawn; three server heal tiers; a spawn gate that kills phantom death timers; admin commands and txAdmin heal integration; and a full export/event API. No SQL required.
erp_ambulancejob — EMS / ambulance job (the job & UI)
Duty, ambulance and helicopter garages with auto-stocked loadouts, a pharmacy shop and a job stash; a clickable NUI body-map examination showing per-part injury, likely weapon class, bleed, health, death state and insurance tier with one-click treatment; field revive, bandages and injections; a full rolling stretcher system; a polished death/last-stand/respawn UI with an EMS distress signal and live patient blip; hospital beds with check-in that writes MDT reports; billing with health insurance; dispatch alerts with real 10-codes; an EMS radial menu; and a bonus psychiatrist job.
erp_medical_equipment — crutches, wheelchair, pills, CPR & defib (the tools)
EMS-prescribable crutches with a custom duration that survives relog; a real drivable wheelchair that patients self-drive or EMS push; four medical pills (painkillers, antibiotics, morphine, adrenaline) usable or injected by EMS; bystander CPR that any player can perform to pause the death timer; and a CPR-gated LIFEPAK 15 defibrillator with a skill check and time-scaled odds that revives a dead patient back to last stand. Every interaction is ox_target-driven and server-authoritative.
erp_mdt — MDT & live dispatch (the terminal)
One terminal, five departments (Police, EMS, DOJ, Psychiatry, Mechanic/Tow) in a fast Svelte UI. For EMS: medical reports, prescriptions, patient records and a live CAD/dispatch with an interactive map and drag-and-drop unit assignment. Also includes the full police investigative suite, management analytics, audit log, cross-department legal cases, and the full FinalStory penal code (145 charges across 9 categories), editable in-game — so the terminal is ready the day you add a police job.
